We respect the intellectual property rights of others and take claims of copyright infringement seriously. In order to comply with the Notice and Takedown requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512 of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, we abide by the following policy.

Notice of Claimed Infringement

Pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), if you believe that your intellectual property has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a DMCA Notice that includes the following information:

- A description of the copyrighted work that is believed to be infringed, or in the case of multiple works, a representative list.

- Identification indicating the location of the material alleged to be infringing in a specific enough manner to allow us to locate the material.

- Sufficient information to allow us to contact you, which should include your name, mailing address, phone number, company affiliation (if applicable) and email address (if applicable).

- A statement indicating that you have a good faith belief that the copyrighted material that is the subject of complaint has not been authorized by the copyright holder, their agent, or the law.

- A statement made by you under penalty of perjury that the information contained in your notification is accurate and that you are the exclusive copyright owner of the work in question or are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

- Your physical or electronic signature or the signature of an agent authorized to act on your behalf.

Please note that if you fail to provide us with all of the information listed above, we will be unable to take action on your claim.

Abuse Notification

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly misrepresents the facts in an infringement of copyright claim may be liable for damages, court costs and lawyers' fees. Please ensure that your claim meets all legal requirements to avoid such liability.

Take Down Procedure

It is our policy, where appropriate, to take down any material found on our site which is claimed to be in violation of copyright or is an apparent violation as evidenced by facts or circumstances indicating such activity. The accounts of repeat infringers will be terminated, and access to the infringing material will be disabled expeditiously in conformity with the procedures of 17 U.S.C. §512.

Modification of Policy

The website reserves the right to modify, alter or add to this policy, and all affected persons should check back on a regular basis to keep up to date on any such changes.
